I contacted Anderson to have a couple of things done on my air conditioner. Matthew came out and performed the service. He arrived at the appointment time promptly, performed the service quickly, and was very pleasant and professional.

Response from the owner:Thank you, Rick for your fantastic 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with Anderson Air. Your satisfaction means the world to us! If you need any future HVAC services, we're here for you!

Highly Recommend!! Forgot to post last year. On the 4th of July hot weekend, my 23 yo AC unit decided to fade away. I called several places that showed 24 hr emergency service – and Anderson was the only one who responded. Miranda listened and scheduled Chris for the next day, Sunday. I had text updates the entire way. Then Chris showed up, found the problem, showed us pics and did some fixes until a new unit can be installed. Tuesday, 4 techs were at our home in an all day thunderstorm so we have new AC/Heat! So professional and personable!

Response from the owner:Thank you so much for your kind words, Michelle! We're thrilled to hear that Miranda and Chris provided you with such great service during the hot 4th of July weekend. At Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on our responsiveness and professionalism, especially in emergencies. We're here for you, and we truly appreciate your recommendation! If you need anything else, please let us know. Enjoy your summer! 🌞

Professional, courteous, great communicator a very pleasant person to be around. As were every member of is crew, I include each of them with the same compliments. Additionally, Chris our bid provider as well, his attention to my questions, bid explanations and prompt customer service were exemplary. His professional and knowledgeable approach were the main reason for choosing Anderson as our preferred provider. HMH

Our Customer Reviews

Gary Wynn

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Victor Martinez, who was our service technician today. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire visit. Victor clearly explained the work that needed to be done and provided the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently without wasting any time. In addition to his technical skills, Victor demonstrated excellent customer service and communication. It was a great experience working with him.

Chris did a fantastic job. He came out the same day we called even though it was the weekend. Looks like we are going to have to replace our unit, but he was very detailed and showed us pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would highly recommend him. It was a great experience working with him.
