I really appreciated the knowledge of the employees. They noticed problems that other companies had not. I felt at ease and confident in my decision to use Anderson. They answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision to buy from them. I paid more for the system and install with Anderson but they had gained my trust. I will continue to call Anderson for any problems and will definitely refer them to friends and family.

Timothy came to perform fall furnace service as part of the annual plan. He also replaced the contactors since they were worn out. He made sure the Nest thermostat was working properly and generally provided excellent service. I highly recommend Anderson Air for your HVAC needs. Everything went well. 9/2026 – well the HVAC unit was replaced since the last post back in April 2025. They’ve come out a couple times to fix installation issues that caused the AC to stop working when temperatures were high. That was no fun. Hopefully Dalton got everything addressed and we have fewer problems going forward. He was very knowledgeable and contentious even when we had the appointment at 7pm. I can’t ever say anything bad about it. Stuff happens, but the measure of a good person and company is how it gets fixed. And Anderson/Dalton has been very responsive to addressing the issues under warranty. I cannot complain!

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.

Victor clearly explained the work that needed to be done and provided the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently without wasting any time. Looks like we are going to have to replace our unit, but he was very detailed and showed us pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would highly recommend him.
