Anderson installed two A/C units for us previously. Great company with great people. We had a problem over the weekend with a unit that they did NOT install. They came out in less than 24 hours, determined the cause of the issue, and got us back in business in short order. Great job by Timothy and Mason!

My dad's A/C went out and they had a wait of 3 days to get to him. I called to let them know he is 84 yr old veteran, the only caretaker for his bedbound wife who is very sick etc. They were able to advance him on the list and got to him a day earlier in this awful heat. He called me just to tell me how wonderful the tech, Coner, was to him! Coner went above and beyond in ways he did not have to, and the man deserves a raise for the respect and ho or he showed my dad. I will only recommend Anderson Heating & Air from here on out. Coner…thank you!

David & Matt came today to service our mini-split unit. After my explanation of the problem, the guys went to work and determined that parts were needed which they did not carry in their truck. Parts were ordered and they will return to install them at no additional charge. As of right grow they cannot say how long it will be till parts come in.

Preston was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even wore booties without me asking him too which I very much appreciated! Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning. I wish I had seen this before I had Bud Anderson come out yesterday. Cost us a tad over $400 and that was just diagnostics
