Victor Martinez came to install a Nest Gen 4 thermostat that was giving me issues due to having a heat pump. I always strive to go local and Victor is a shining example of why I do. Not only did he do the install professionally and quickly, he took the time to teach me about how heat pumps work (not common where I’m from) and the in’s and out’s of how the system cycles between heat and cooling. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I will be contracting Anderson to do our spring and fall check-ups annually. Getting work done on the house is never fun, but this was a positive experience and I feel very confident my heating/air is in excellent hands. To Anderson: Keep this guy happy. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Update on 8/27: 5 Stars still stand. My HvAC went down completely yesterday. They had David Ballestros here the next day and he was just as great as the 1st guy. Very kind, smart, fast and through. Great guy!!
