Chris is always on time and courteous. He is very thorough with his inspections and explains everything and takes pictures to show you what he is talking about! I appreciate him taking the time to inform me about my ac/heating unit.. I forgot to have my two intake duct filters changed out! They are in the ceiling.He explained to me how to work my thermostat and he checked heater. 5-10 minutes

Outstanding service from Stanphill Heating & Air! When our air conditioner stopped cooling at 10:30 PM on a Saturday night, I wasn’t expecting such a quick response. The team was professional, friendly, and responsive from the very beginning. Not only did they reach out promptly, but they also had the issue diagnosed and repaired by noon on Sunday. It’s rare to find a company that combines excellent customer service, fast turnaround times, and fair pricing. Stanphill Heating & Air exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

Spent well over an hour doing an extremely detailed diagnostics of possible circuit board disruption which could have led to big bucks! He found the electrical issues and seemed to be as relieved as me! Anderson Heating & Air Conditioning. I wish I had seen this before I had Bud Anderson come out yesterday. Cost us a tad over $400 and that was just diagnostics
