Over the last few years, I’ve had “issues” with a mini split system my homebuilders installed in a very rushed and half assed manner. From freon leaks to neglecting to install surge protection, resulting in a fried board on one of my outside units, these guys have helped me sort it all out, and if they didn’t know how to do something, they were honest about it, did their research, and figured it out for very reasonable prices compared to some of the bigger hvac installers I’ve had out to look at things. It’s to the point that I won’t do business with anyone else, as I know My guys is reliable, and everyone else has been quite variable in their results. On two occasions where there was a problem with work Myguys has done, they came out as soon as their schedule permitted, and fixed the issues for free, so it goes without saying that I can’t recommend them enough.

Great customer service. I was having an intermittent issue with my furnace so it required a few visits. Techs Felix and Saul were knowledgeable and professional. Always called ahead saying they were on the way.
