Chris came out and performed our Heat Pump routine service. He checked everything and went above and beyond. He spent time explaining things, was very thorough and super knowledgeable. I wanted to share my positive experience with Victor Martinez, who was our service technician today. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire visit.

Victor clearly explained the work that needed to be done and provided the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently without wasting any time. In addition to his technical skills, Victor demonstrated excellent customer service and communication.

We are so glad Sarah and nephew Dave F. told us to call Anderson Air. Chris Watson did a great job explaining our options when the old unit quit and got a plan together very quickly. Cristian Alvarado and the crew came in, had the old unit out and the new Amana unit installed in a few hours. They worked hard and fast and we could not be happier.
