Chris was great to work with and the installers were so polite very knowledgeable cleaned everything before they left. So far new install is working like it should.

David & Matt came today to service our mini-split unit. After my explanation of the problem, the guys went to work and determined that parts were needed which they did not carry in their truck. Parts were ordered and they will return to install them at no additional charge. As of right grow they cannot say how long it will be till parts come in.

We needed a new AC unit quickly and Jason made the process extremely easy. He left our home at 5:00pm and a new unit began being installed the next day! Everything was explained well and prices were reasonable. The crew that did the install was wonderful too. Very polite, clean, hard working. We do not have any complaints and would recommend them to everyone.

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Victor Martinez, who was our service technician today. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire visit. Victor clearly explained the work that needed to be done and provided the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently without wasting any time. In addition to his technical skills, Victor demonstrated excellent customer service and communication. It was a great experience working with him.

Looks like we are going to have to replace our unit, but he was very detailed and showed us pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would highly recommend him.
