Second time using Anderson air in just over two years. If I had signed up with their maintenance program I wouldn’t be here calling them on the weekend. Both gentleman that came out were very professional. Today I was helped by Conor! He was a very professional young man! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything where I could understand. Highly recommend using this company.

Response from the owner:Miguel, thank you for choosing Anderson Air again and for the five-star review. We are pleased Conor and our team were professional and explained everything clearly. Your recommendation means a lot, and we look forward to helping you whenever you need us.

Our Customer Reviews

Gary Wynn

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Victor Martinez, who was our service technician today. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire visit. Victor clearly explained the work that needed to be done and provided the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently without wasting any time. In addition to his technical skills, Victor demonstrated excellent customer service and communication. It was a great experience working with him.

Chris did a fantastic job. He came out the same day we called even though it was the weekend. Looks like we are going to have to replace our unit, but he was very detailed and showed us pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would highly recommend him. It was a great experience working with him.
