Very professional. I received a call ahead of my appointment with a photo of the technician. Prices seemed within the market range & the technician walked me through everything he was doing and why.

In fact, they upgraded me to an improved product at no charge as the one I paid for was out of stock.

I would recommend Anderson Air.

Payton was very easy to visit with. His knowledge of HVAC products and ability to explain it to us in layman’s terms was fantastic. When we went out to look at the outside units, he noticed that they were filthy and immediately started cleaning them. Unfortunately for his competition, their tech was out yesterday and supposedly cleaned and serviced them. That’s going to sway our decision.

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.
