Dalton, from Anderson Air did an excellent job today!! I would highly recommend Dalton and Anderson Air for all of your Heating and Air purchases and service needs! The price is due to an extensive repair, but it was still reasonable due to having the parts covered under a long warranty.

These guys are the BEST! If I could rate their company & the installers, they get a 20 from me! They worked in the hottest conditions & didn’t quit until it was all done, checked to make sure everything was done right, cleaned up all trash & hauled off all the old unit! Great company!

Victor Martinez came to install a Nest Gen 4 thermostat that was giving me issues due to having a heat pump. I always strive to go local and Victor is a shining example of why I do. Not only did he do the install professionally and quickly, he took the time to teach me about how heat pumps work (not common where I’m from) and the in’s and out’s of how the system cycles between heat and cooling. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I will be contracting Anderson to do our spring and fall check-ups annually. Getting work done on the house is never fun, but this was a positive experience and I feel very confident my heating/air is in excellent hands. To Anderson: Keep this guy happy. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Update on 8/27: 5 Stars still stand. My HvAC went down completely yesterday. They had David Ballestros here the next day and he was just as great as the 1st guy. Very kind, smart, fast and through. Great guy!!

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.

Victor clearly explained the work that needed to be done and provided the cost upfront, which I appreciated. He completed the job efficiently without wasting any time. Chris did a fantastic job. He came out the same day we called even though it was the weekend. Looks like we are going to have to replace our unit, but he was very detailed and showed us pictures and explained everything that needed to be done. We would highly recommend him.
