The Anderson Air team—Chris, Zak, Tim (with over 20 years of experience), John, Conner, Brent, the rest of the install crew, and the call center staff—were very helpful throughout our installation process. Chris was here on Thursday and identified a refrigerant leak with our old system, and the install crew arrived the very next morning by 9:00 a.m. and immediately got to work.

The system was installed last Friday. We had follow-up visits on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday to address some necessary adjustments and to work through the learning curve with our new Ecobee thermostat. Each visit was handled promptly, professionally, and without any sense of rushing or cutting corners.

Pricing was fair, clearly explained, and straightforward. There were no surprises and no attempts to upsell. Everyone we dealt with was courteous, patient, and respectful—especially toward my father and me—as we adjusted to the new system. Questions were answered thoroughly, and they made sure everything was operating correctly before leaving.

Overall, we appreciated the professionalism, honesty, and responsiveness shown by the entire Anderson Air team.

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.
