Needed a replacement for a plus 10 year old diakin mini split and these folks were prompt and efficient in delivering and installing the new diakin units. Had a hiccup or two, but they were great at getting it fixed and running smoothly. Brenton, Nat,
Zak, Tim, Quinten and Peyton were great to work with.

The only reason why this isn’t 5 stars is because I felt slighted by Andy the owner. We paid alot of money for a rheem hvac unit professionally installed by the company 7 years ago. The workmanship failed due to a solder joint. Not a part so 900 dollars later worth of freon recharge I feel a bit taken. Victor on the other hand did everything and more to try and help. I feel like due to the situation Andy could have worked with the price but chose not to.

So working with Anderson air i actually had a little bit of a mixup at the start with their tech that came out. With this the manager Timothy had called me and personally told me he wants to come out to my house and give me video help on what was gaping on with my unit. He then came out early Monday morning and gave me a breakdown and step by step video on the things that could be fixed in the near future but really showed me what needed to be fixed now. This customer service was something that I have never experienced before and was a wonderful help for me realizing what needed to be done now and later. I would totally recommend Anderson air and their crew on how professional there staff is and how they really show the customer what is going on instead of just trying to fix everything and try and get whatever they can from you! For sure recommend!!!
