I can’t say enough good things about Anderson Heating and Cooling! When our AC went out, they made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and their pricing was very fair. Chris was fantastic! He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our old unit, walked us through the issue, and made sure we understood our options. We were especially impressed with how quickly they took care of us. We had a brand-new unit installed the very next day! Josh and Carl handled the installation, and they were absolutely amazing! Both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They clearly take pride in their work, and it showed. It’s refreshing to find a company that values customer service, communicates well, offers fair pricing, and follows through on what they promise. From Chris explaining the problem to Josh and Carl getting us back up and running, the entire experience was exceptional.

The team of Brenton, Josh, Nate, Tim, and Zak installed a 3 ton Daikin multi zone mini split in our home. They were very professional during the install. The installation inside and out looks great. They did a good job cleaning the areas where install was preformed. Zak provided clear instructions on operation and cleaning of units. Brenton and Josh returned the following day to check units, improve the drain line, add seam covers to enhance the cosmetic look of the power/return lines track. We are very pleased with look and performance of the unit. Before the install Jamie came out and assessed our home and made recommendations and provided an estimate. Everyone at Anderson was a pleasure to work with. Our family would recommend you contact Anderson for your Heat and Air needs.
